Legal requirements
The two new FIDLEG and FINIG acts came into force as of 1 January 2020. The Financial Services Act (FIDLEG) and the Financial Institutions Act (FINIG) govern swiss asset managers‘ obligations with regard to licensing and conduct.
Under this regime, asset managers are licensed by FINMA and supervised by a supervisory organisation. Optimus Family and Wealth Management AG is also subject to this regime.
We are pleased to announce that we have obtained the FINMA-authorization as an asset manager, pursuant to FinIA on 24 November 2022. Optimus Family and Wealth Management AG is supervised by the supervisory organization FINcontrol Suisse AG and is audited by the auditing company TTP FINAUDIT both in terms of regulatory law and obligations.
